CREATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR HOSPITALS
Trustees have a fiduciary responsibility to oversee a hospital’s financial performance and quality of care. Quorum supports trustees with operational and financial oversight and experience, and also keeps the Board informed about important industry trends and changes that trustees must address for their hospitals to have a sustainable future. The Quorum’s Annual National Board Leaders Conference will be held August 9 – 10, 2018 in Nashville, TN. Conference attendees will benefit from actionable best practices presented by industry leaders, as well as opportunities to network and engage with peers from across the nation. Consider attending with your hospital administrative team and physician leadership to collaborate on developing an integrated strategic response to changes in the industry.
