Learn how to identify and develop strategies for a sustainable future!
How effective and successful is your case management program? Are you capturing the appropriate medical necessity for each patient that comes into your facility? Are you current on, and knowledgeable about, all regulatory and federal guidelines for case management?
If you struggle to positively answer any of these questions, learn how to help efficiently care for your patients and secure appropriate reimbursement for your facility by applying best practices to your case management program. An effective case management system is critical to securing the appropriate reimbursement for the care your facility is providing. Regardless of the type of services being provided to the patient, it is necessary that provider organizations establish consistent processes to secure payment while also transitioning patients through the care continuum at the appropriate time. The case management (CM) department in your hospital must be operating at its full potential in our current and future landscape environment for your facility to sustain success. With the constant changes we are experiencing today, the CM department is key to driving successful results both clinically and financially.
Join Quorum’s Case Management for this intensive two and half day boot camp, designed to help develop your case management skills through topical, best-practice, and hands-on education.
