Dan key accomplishments include: guiding the implementation of rapid performance improvement plans and monitoring tools in distressed organizations; developing and implementing strategic financial plans, and physician compensation packages; securing tax-exempt bond financing for various clients; oversight of debt restructuring for numerous hospitals, including bankruptcy filings, facility leases and mergers; and other strategic financial transactions. He advises clients on strategic initiatives with a focus on each client’s unique circumstances.
