David's experience includes leadership roles with big four Consulting firms where he managed multiple large scale performance improvement and technology implementation projects.
He has also served as a key Revenue Cycle leader in large Level I trauma centers, academic medical centers as well as large safety net hospital systems with various governing and funding structures.
In addition to Hospital revenue cycle experience, David has led large physician practices as large as 700 physicians for not-for profit and academic healthcare systems.
David has an in-depth knowledge of enabling technologies and leading practices utilized within today’s hospital revenue cycle. He has experience in both multiple hospital and physician practice system implementations. In addition, he has assisted hospitals with various financial improvement initiatives, including strategic pricing, charge master improvement, charge capture enhancement and denial management.
