For more than 20 years, Janice Swan has helped healthcare providers improve operations, enhance profitability, drive change and solve complex business problems. She has specific experience in physician practice operations, performance improvement consulting including both physician and hospital revenue cycle management, and optimization of EHR software.
Working directly with healthcare senior management and stakeholders, including CFOs and COOs, Janice brings a passion for developing sustainable solutions for clients. Prior to joining QHR, Janice led healthcare performance improvement engagements for national financial and management consulting firms. She has assisted a range of healthcare providers increase revenue through improvements in areas including patient access, data analytics, denials management and accounts receivable management. Utilizing change management principles to engage physicians, leadership, staff and key stakeholders, Janice has proven methodology to enhance sustainable financial and operational practice performance.
Through her years of experience, Janice has found that helping the rural community healthcare providers brings her a sense of joy in serving a community in need.
