ABOUT JONATHAN

Jonathan is an experienced management professional with expertise in communications, project management and training. He has over 14 years in the healthcare industry successfully solving his client’s needs through creative problem solving, relationship management and corporate process improvement. Jonathan works QPA's Strategic Service Partner program for approximately 150 client facilities. He is responsible for 35 of the program's vendors development and operational performance.

As the senior team member of the Strategic Service Partner (SSP) Account Managers, Jonathan contracts with nationally recognized vendors and provides healthcare market research, program development and decision support to corporate and hospital executive leadership as well as clinical and material managers. He uses humor and new ideas to build teams, increase efficiency and quality resulting in improved patient care and profitable hospital business operations.
