She approaches each opportunity with a study of patient and community needs, review of current organizational priorities, and strengths of each unique client.

Judy is enthusiastic about creating learning systems to encourage development of the people in the organization, and ensure sustainability and responsiveness of every process.

In recent years, her work has focused on the advancement of strategy through dyad leadership and effective committee structures, patient flow and throughput, increased clinic access, streamlining front-end revenue cycle activities, initiating daily metrics and management systems, and use of Lean methods to drive breakthrough changes.
