Over 44 years of clinical and leadership experience. Her areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, process improvement, patient access and throughput and a systems approach to leading acute care clinical practice.

ABOUT PAMELA

Prior to joining Quorum, Pamela served first as an interim CNO and then as a division Director of Clinical Operations for LifePoint Hospitals, a for-profit health system, in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this position, she was responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hospitals in her division with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, case management effectiveness, patient flow and delivery of quality care. During her tenure there, she was also instrumental in the development of a regulatory compliant, clinical documentation system for implementation in the LifePoint Hospital System, in preparation for meaningful use.

In her current position, as Senior Manager of Clinical & Operational Performance Improvement, Pamela’s extensive knowledge and clinical experiences related to surgical services, cardio-pulmonary services, patient access, capacity management, and length-of-stay improvement provide her with the depth needed to enhance a client hospital’s quality, service, and efficiency and improvement efforts.
