Pam has extensive clinical and leadership experience in the areas of clinical resource management, surgical services optimization, and regulatory compliance. She has considerable experience in helping providers develop clinical and operational improvement solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. Her personable approach and focus on delivering makes her a star in the eyes of her clients!

Pam graduated from the University of St. Frances with masters in nursing. Her previous experience as a CNO gives her a broad understanding of healthcare operations. Her favorite part of working in a consulting role is being able to share her vast experiences and knowledge with her clients.

When she is not at work, you can find her hanging out with her family and floating on the lake in her old pontoon.
