Susan brings 10 years of QHR experience to her role in QPA. Throughout her time with QHR she has been actively involved in many projects including system implementation, process improvement, and coordination of QPA’s annual Vendor Fair. Her past experience with project management, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, as well as clinical consulting make her a valuable resource when aligning our partners with client opportunities.

As the Lead SSP Account Manager, she is responsible for 38 of the program’s vendors development and operational performance. Susan works to negotiate contracts with nationally and industry recognized vendors to bring savings and quality products and services to our client hospitals. Susan’s creative and logical approach to marketing her partners is apparent through her strong relationships with her accounts.
