Lean Principles: A3 Thinking and Why It Matters

Register Now

Everyone solves problems differently. Those that use a systematic approach to problem solving are often the only ones using it; as many leaders haven’t been trained in a simple, scientific problem-solving process.  Instead of constantly feeling like a “fire fighter” running to put out problems, learn how to develop a culture of problem solving.

QHR Health’s Lean Consulting Manager, Terry Norris, will demonstrate how to manage your process improvements projects and solve problems with a simple one-page document called an A3. A3 thinking helps develop a culture of problem solving; providing leaders a repeatable, 8-step process that will help develop a culture of problem solvers.

This proven, common approach to solving problems can be shared with your entire leadership team.  Project reporting will be simplified and standardized, saving valuable resources and time, with a logical and consistent reporting format.
