Mitigate Risk with RCA and FMEA Assessments

Register Now

Regulatory bodies require documentation of the review processes and monitor indicators related to improved health outcomes and the prevention/reduction of medical errors. Hospitals are required to measure, analyze, and track any adverse patient events, and quality reviews of safety events should be proactive assessments as well as reactive assessments.

Join QHR Health’s Cindy Marks for a discussion of Regulatory Standards in the review of safety events. This course will present participants with information on when and how to perform a proactive risk assessment (FMEA) and reactive risk assessment (RCA), as well as an understanding of the cause analysis process.
