Knowing when to manage and when to lead can help create a cohesive team that functions well when things are status quo, as well as in a crisis. Both leadership and management instincts are equally important within healthcare. It is valuable to know both, as these two qualities are often very different and an in-depth understanding of when to use each is required.

In January, QHR Health’s Erika Sundrud taught us what it takes to lead Quality in the 2022 world, from anywhere in the organization. In this session, Erika will discuss the details of management, a good reminder for seasoned Quality leaders and essential for new Quality leaders to learn today.
