Reimbursement & Regulatory Update - Health Care Reform: Post ACA Developments Including Trump Administration Actions

This webinar will discuss status of Health Care System reforms and developments since passage of the ACA and subsequent developments under President Trump Administration. A number of proposed and final rules have been implanted by CMS affecting insurance markets and State Medicaid programs since President Trump took office. Many have impacted or changed the health care reform movement started with passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010(ACA). This webinar will highlight these major regulatory changes by the Trump administration as well as Congressional actions by the new House of Representatives to reinvigorate the ACA. Other recent regulatory proposals affecting hospital and physician practice reimbursements will also be covered.
