QHR Health’s Erika Sundrud Discusses Quality Improvement at Rural and Community Hospitals

With a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification, she expertly designs and improves upon care variation across the continuum of healthcare. An authority on improving quality, Sundrud is an advisor to hospitals and health systems throughout the country and an advocate for implementing positive change.
