Darlene Hines brings over 30 years of healthcare experience as a senior consultant for QHR Health.

Darlene’s career has focused on operational implementation, administrative and strategic planning. Maintained departmental expenses, operating budgets, lead mock surveys and initiatives according to The Joint Commission, CMS, and DHEC standards, and direct Medical Staff Credentialing and Privileging. She previously served as a Chief Operating Officer, Divisional Director, Chief Quality Officer, and Laboratory Manager. Most recently, Darlene served as a Transformation Consultant for the South Carolina Office of Rural Health as a primary consultant and facilitator for ambulatory practices engaged in practice improvement activities. Darlene also received her Patient-Centered Medical Home Content Expert Certification from NCQA in 2020.
