Erika has over 18 years working in the healthcare industry, with a primary focus in Quality, Regulatory and Care Delivery. Her background with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma and as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality has allowed her to design and improve upon care variation across the continuum of healthcare.

Erika resides in Jupiter, Florida with her husband Mark who is an Immunologist at Scripps Research Institute, and two children, Gabriel (12) and Laila (11). Her moments of spare time are spent watching her son’s baseball games, volunteering in her community and as an Elder at her church.
