Mark is responsible for assisting hospitals and health systems with large-scale margin growth through improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of their clinical operations.
He has a process-oriented approach honed through management engineering methodologies that help bring order and predictability to systems. His focus is on operations and right-sizing cost structures, specifically in labor productivity and supply chain expense in both the inpatient and outpatient side of the business. He also has significant experience with the physician enterprise and improving overall operations to bring an increase in production.
Mark graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He is passionate about helping communities meet their healthcare needs through finding sustainable solutions.
When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hiking, and all the outdoors has to offer in his home state of Colorado!
