Ryan collaborates with healthcare decision makers in the development of market-based strategic plans. He works with organizations to understand current and future healthcare landscape, market competition, and provider alignment to develop tactical business plans. He is passionate about access to healthcare and how consumers are shaping the future of delivery.
Ryan started his career in service line operations and has vast experience advising boards, systems and physicians in making confident actionable decisions to improve healthcare in their community. Most recently, as a Director at ERDMAN, he helped clients develop market strategies to increase access and market capture for clients across the US. He believes in multiple perspectives to reach alignment and gain consensus to ensure that access to healthcare is advanced throughout our communities.
When not working, Ryan and his wife enjoy spending time with their 4 kids, are active in their church and sneaking in a round of golf.
