Teresa Riehle has over 30 years of leadership experience in case management and care coordination. At QHR Health, Teresa serves as Associate Vice President of Clinical Shared Services and leads QHR’s shared service, Rapport Case ManagementTM. In her role, she partners with QHR clients to provide exceptional operational, staffing, and remote case management support, as well as access to industry case management experts. Through partnering with Rapport Case Management, clients can maximize reimbursable revenue opportunities, minimize payor denials, ensure proper clinical documentation, and improve the patient and staff experience. Teresa specifically focuses on tailoring solutions to provide best in class Case Management solutions 7 days per week regardless of hospital size or location through our remote support structure.

As a seasoned expert in her field, Teresa believes that collaboration between hospitals, physicians, payers and patients is the foundation for a successful case management program. Her experience as a Registered Nurse along with a strong business acumen brings a unique approach to her role, and she understands how the right team, tools, and strategy ultimately lead to a better functioning care team and superior financial and clinical outcomes.
