Quorum Board Essentials Workshop

The Quorum Board Essentials Workshop is designed to orient new hospital trustees and refresh the core skills of experienced trustees. Workshop attendees will gain a better understanding of a hospital trustee’s roles and responsibilities and acquire the tools needed to serve as an effective Board member. The Board Essentials Workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 8 as a pre-conference to the Annual Trustee Conference, so that new trustees can benefit from this foundational training and attend the Trustee Conference in the same trip. Board Essentials Workshop topics include:

  • Quorum Touchstones to Sustainability
  • Strategic Planning
  • Healthcare Finance
