Strategic Assessments: evaluate how to structure a new or existing service line to meet the organization’s community and business mission– including market and competitive analyses and financial modeling for proposed services.
Behavioral Health Integration: implement behavioral health models across the spectrum of care, while utilizing data and analytical techniques to inform program design.
Operational Assessments: review the clinical program, patient schedule, treatment planning and documentation, utilization review criteria, medical record audits, staff training needs, and compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payor standards.
Program Development: create and implement inpatient/outpatient programs for specific clinical populations, such as older adults with co-morbid medical conditions.
Personnel Recruitment: determine an appropriate staffing model and talent acquisition strategy, as well as provide orientation and ongoing education to employees.
Revenue Cycle: manage and audit the unique revenue cycle functions for behavioral health programs, including coding, billing, and collections.

Physical Plant: advise architects, engineers, and contractors with psychiatric-specific design and layout for a safe clinical environment, including required furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Telepsychiatry/Telemental Health: develop and implement virtual behavioral health and addiction provider networks for hospitals and clinics.
